Before founding SABR Enterprises, Robert Mercurio | President, worked under the direct involvement of Klaus Halbach at Field Effects, Inc. and, in the early 1990's, with Ron Holsinger at Aster Enterprises, Inc.
SABR was established in 2011 as the successor to Aster Enterprises, Inc. and relocated in 2020 from Acton, Massachusetts to a larger facility in North Andover, Massachusetts.

We manufacturer Rare Earth Permanent Magnet (REPM) devices for applications including Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Ion Implanters, Plasma Etch Systems, Storage Rings, Halbach Arrays, Halbach Cylinders, Isotope Production Accelerators and more. Our major contracts include the production of these devices for semiconductor industries, process control equipment, and cutting-edge research applications. |
